L Theanine Capsules

Theanine is a special amino acid found in tea. It was first isolated and named from Yulu tea by Japanese scholars in 1950. So far, apart from being detected in one type of mushroom and tea plum, it has not been found in other plants. Theanine accounts for about 70% of the total free amino acids in the chemical book of tea trees, and accounts for 1-2% of the dry matter weight of tea trees. Some famous teas can contain more than 3% of amino acids and are considered characteristic amino acids of tea.
